   I don't have a dog in that fight, but of LINUX stopped being
distributed tomorrow (as M$ wishes) would you replace it with M$
the next?
   Fortunately (for me, although I won't live that long) LINUX
will outlive M$. I expect M$ will land under the runway within
10 years of B.G. II's death, which won't be that long from now,
I hear he enjoys his "belly busters" from `grease-be-us'.
   (and there is the pressure to be IT)
   If you don't believe me, look into what became of the RCA
Corporation. (went down in flames less that 10 years after
David Sarnoff died, at his son's hands)

   I am thinking RH and Novel are trying to get free GNU style
development to use in their commercial product.
