Hello everyone,
The Show is over and we had a great time.
First a round of thanks to everyone helping out and showing their support.
Also a Thanks again to Robin for his Presentation.

Ok First before I get into the Project a few things.
Xandros did not have copies of 2.0 ready in time for our show. They
actually started packaging it the first day of the show.
So they did not have copies ready how ever they will be comming shortly. We
were how ever the first event to show off the new Desktop.
I think that many who saw the presentation on the 18th was impressed.

I would also like to mention that Xandros works fine with my laptops Lucent
Winmodem :)

Now then the project! While we were at the show both Steve Harris and Mr.
Berstien asked me should they make a Live Cd version.
I told them that I think this would be a great idea. Next I mentioned to
them that I saw a link that mentions the steps to make a Live Cd of your
favorite version of Linux. Steve Harris then said that he is going to
mention that to the Heads up and wants to know if SLUG would be intrested in
this for a project?

Steve said that he and Mr. Berstien thinks this would be a great thing. Also
Steve wants to make SLUG a part of their testing group.
So then I am wondering if anyone would be intrested in this? Next if so I
need to know who wants to help in this project. This will be based of 2.0
standard version of the Xandros distro.

This is the link that shows how to do this.

Let me know thanks
