I can not prove that it is not but you will note that I copied and posted only
one posting from the SCADA [System Control and Data Acquisition] [System
means physical system such as electric power grid, pipe line, water works,
et.] list.

Personally I strongly suspect that this is a completely different situation
than the CIA's expoits to the old Soviet Union.

Also, rumor has it that the Northeast power grid was taken down by on of MS
numerous bugs in a MS data acquisition system. The rumor part is because no
one has officially announced that that was the cause all postings on the
SCADA list strongly indicated that it was.

Face it what you are dealing with here is not Mickey Mouse time where
streaming video is used for entertainment and bull shit data transfers.
