One place to look is at the MarketPro show if it makes it around to your area.
They have 600MhZ machines for about $200. Sometimes they'll throw in a monitor
for nothing or for $20 or so.
You can also build one new for not much more than that. It might be a good
opportunity to learn the hardware too. You can pick up a board with integrated
video. ethernet, sound and 1.3GhZ AMD ($80), a low end case ($25), 40G HD
($55), CDROM ($20), and floppy ($10). 256M ($50) (Prices from Newegg.com).
