I appreciate the heads up how ever my thought is that since Road Runner is
including Newsgroups as part I am paying for they should
A. Make sure it works
B. If they are not then cut the cost of the newsgroup services and let me
use that part of the money to pay a 3rd party~!

I can not justify paying any amout more to get something I am suppose to
already have access for. I am going to switch to Earthlink cable then that
way I know
the newgroups work as I mentioned before I can access through DSL as well
and they are complete and working! If it continues to be an issue and the
common
factor becomes OUTHOUSE,AoRoidRunner then I will just go to straight DSL as
I am close enough to the CO.

As the service is poor , and they increased rates service should improve but
it has never happened.
Not to mention if you read the RoadRunner groups you will see this is
everywhere.

I just think that they need to be checked into why they can not provide as
mentioned in there advertisements get to what you want ad amazing speeds!
