I get pretty close to 3 Mbps on my RoadRunner here in Polk County,
with the standard maximum 384 Kbps uplink, but my VoIP service
(CallVantage) requires 90 Kbps uplink, so there are times when I'm
using BitTorrent or some other P2P client requiring high upload rates
that the VoIP line suffers (even though the telephone adapter box is
supposed to be prioritizing VoIP traffic).
