_Network_Printing_ is the O'Reilly book about "building print services
on heterogeneous networks", and it's full of good information about
exactly what you're asking about here -- creating print servers using
Samba for networks with Windows clients. If you feel like spending the
money, and want to really know what you're doing, you might look into that.
