Iptables is your friend in this case. Set up rules that block
EVERYTHING except what you want to go through - e.g. sesamestreet.com.
Then he can click all the links he wants, type gibberish in the
addressbar, whatever.
Debian-jr is a great project, but there is really only one active
fulltime developer afaik.
