After searching the net, I believe I have found 2
programs which MAY fit the bill.
First is Deneto- Deneto is a rather simplistic
program that appears to have a fairly easy interface.
I am going to be working with it to see how hard the
work of doing scores will be.
Second is GSCORE - GSCORE seems like it would be
alot easier. THe inface looks cleaner and a veritable
point and click notation. At first attempt I
downloaded the tarball tried to extract it but that
did not fare so well. I am going to attempt to
redownload that and install it. I will tell you how
that goes in my next post.
