That was OK as noted in my last reply, so everything i've mentioned is working
well now. FC3 is really looking good. Applications -> Preferences ->
Screensaver -> Advanced (tab) -> Display Power Management Enabled works!
Yum is working well, although the repositories do not have certain packages
I'd like to see. apt and synaptic are also working well. RHN and up2date is
also apparently working well ... how many package management systems does one
machine need? Someone needs to point me to an _understandable_ description
of repository incompatibilites, overlaps, and "where's my kitchen sink?"
chronicles.
I've discovered one more issue which is annoying ... when i:
$ ssh -X remote
Password:
me@remote:~$ kmail &
My cut(local), paste(remote) and vice versa is not working :-/
It worked under RH9 ... any ideas?
