It's too bad when one have to step up the gradient this steeply. I had hoped
it could have been handled at a lower gradient too. My apologies as well, as
I was working on getting it resolved quietly off list, but did not get it
done soon enough.

Sometimes good people mess up too, and usually they can apply enough self
control to refrain from messing up the same way again.
