And as far as the bios time advancing 18 hours ahead overnight when
the computer is off ... wow! If it doesn't cost you anything I would
definitely take the manufacturer up on their offer to swap-out the
mobo.
It actually sounds like you have 3 separate problems. The lost ticks
could be related to this, but there's a good possibility that it's
not.
