PHP does not need a template system, you leave that up to the programmer of
the cms. You be surprised at some of the mambo and xoops sites i seen . It
not so matter of how long it would take to install more of host dont like
installing things extra. Alot of host like following the lamp and IIS/SQL
standards. any speciality out side that they tend not to like. Personally I
like the plone site. But my history of dealing with hosting companies is
that there BOFH dont like anything that they did not have the vision to
install in the first place.
