I really doubt that this has anything to do with their service. Sounds more
like a hardware issue.

Doesn't work in Linux, get an out of range error. In Windoze you get the
BSOD and an instant reboot over and over again until you take the card clean
out of the computer. Some free service.

This is on the 5th floor of the Ellis Building. Fortunately they let me use
their DSL there. Whee . . .
