Here very simply steps.
Compile the ndiswrapper source and do the nomral make install
From root:
ndiswrapper -i /home/xyz/windows_driver/wificard driver.inf
ndiswrapper -l
xyz wifi driver install and hardware deteched.
ndiswrapper -m (sets up your modprobe file)
ndiswrapper --hotplug ( updates hotplug)
Modprobe ndiswrapper
then you will have a device at wlan0
