Technically, if you don't know something about a subject - you ARE stupid on
that subject. Of course most first level support is made out of close to
minimum pay people who only have to be able to read.
Which has nothing to do with being valuable. We are all different and some are
smarter than others. Just like smart does not equal valuable. I see you being
as valuable as you help others, intelligent, dumb or otherwise.
