Earthlink will still connect to cogent, they stated they would reroute
cogent data to by pass level 3. I am sure AOL have made similiar
arrangements with smaller backbones when L3 and cogent go back at it.

The other solution is just to use Verizon, as they droped L3 almost 6
or 7 months ago.
