Might that be "Sunset Point"? If so, our office is located somewhat
southwest of you. We are using Verizon DSL and I'd rate it a solid "OK".
Tech support is not bad - they do a really good job of reading the script,
trying to figure out which line to read next, based upon their limited
ability to understand words you are saying.

Verizon script reader: "Kleenex? I can give you a web address for a map to
a store"
Highly annoyed techie: "Linux, dammit, LINUX!"

And so forth...

It has gone down a couple of times, but not more than a day. I'd say (from
memory) we've had 3 or 4 outages in the last year.5 (1.5Y). If you need
better than that, I'd consider getting both DSL and cable. I recall Cisco
makes a router that will take care of this quite nicely, but I forget the
details.

Subject: [SLUG] Need New Commercial ISP for Clearwater

Hi All

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are moving our office across the street. This is Clearwater on US 19 just
North of the construction at Sunrise south of the 580.

Question before the boss does something real stupid.

Which is the best in terms of connectivity and reliability COMMERCIAL ISP
supplied to commercial office buildings for the area?

Which is adequate and cheap?

Thanks
