When you take *what* out? CPUs will be *hotter* than a heating pad, so
the heat depends on the component.

"the system" refers to what? Your computer? The network where you are?

Which card is this? A NIC card? If it's a NIC, then what does it have to
do with your broadband? Normally, broadband is done through a standalone
exterior modem hooked to your phone lines, to which you connect via a
cat 5 cable from your computer. The speed of your broadband connection
normally has to do with how far you are from the CO (Central Office),
and the integrity of your phone lines, not your modem nor your NIC card.

Please explain.
