Verizon blocks port 80. All other ports are available.

Static IP's are available, but I'm not sure of the pricing. Originally,
they only allowed static IP's if you too the business version of FIOS,
but I believe they relaxed that and have some other programs available.

I just run on the dynamic IP, which hasn't changed unless I reboot the
router, and use a dynamic DNS service. I haven't had an issue yet.
