Does anyone know how Verizon FIOS handles inbound connections? Do they
filter (80,25,22,etc)

I need a static IP as I run my domain. Do they offer that and is it
priced competitively?

My upstream is a measly 512k, has SIP\SMTP\HTTP\P2P all contending and
it sucks.
