The accepted method for doing this is to go to

and follow the directions there for posting for-sale items. It is
typical for people on technical lists such as this one to complain when
commercial activities are promoted on the list, regardless of who stands
to gain. That's why the For Sale page was instituted. This also avoids
the "why can't I just this one time..." type of complaints, since there
does exist an outlet for this kind of traffic.
