?!? Yes, the more knowledgeable you are the better. How does that relate to
calling yourself a Python programmer?

This is just an exercise in semantics. If you program in Python you are a
Python programmer. Good or bad. Which does not say you cannot be a programmer
in any other language. If someone is a good programmer then that's what they
are, regardless of the language(s) they are proficient in.
