I currently host a bunch of domains on a Xen VPS @ www.vpsland.com. You
have a choice of: CentOS 4-5(RHEL), Debian, Gentoo, FedoraCore 5-7,
Ubuntu 6.06-7.10.
I use the xl-192 package with 288mb ram, 384mb swap, 8gb disk and 200gb
of bandwidth for $21/mo. I believe you can buy extra features like disk
space ala carte.
On my 20Mb FIOS connection at home I get about 16Mbit of throughput from
my vps.
I also tried a tektonic.com VPSs which is hosted on Virtuozzo. I found
did not perform near as well, didn't have swap space and barely supports
iptables.
The best choice I ever made was to stop paying astronomical fee's with
broadband static IP's and go with a VPS for .25 the cost.
