Whatever type of file that ASPX page is trying to give you, firefox is
set to open it incorrectly. Find it and remove/fix it. If it's not on
the list, it should be giving you the "Save or Open" dialog instead.

If it's not listed but still gives you that error... you just found a
firefox bug! Head on over here, and report it: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
