You're stuck. You can probably get away with using a virtual machine,
but you'll still need a functioning copy of Winblows for it.

Have you checked appdb.winehq.org for it? You gave us cfm.exe but not
the full name of the program, so it would be impossible for me to look
it up myself. You may need particular patches or workarounds... worth a
check, before you give up and get your hands dirty.
