It could be a browser specific (ie, IE-only 'feature') check... and failures are read as an explicit no. Ignorent webcoder(s).
In such case even a UserAgent spoof probably won't help.

OK, I will do so, FYI I tried FF, and Chrome on both Ubuntu and SuSE
Konquerer on SuSE... Not sure what is going on. All of the browsers
say that they have cookies enabled.
