 lilo -U should uninstall Lilo and give you the old boot sector back.

You can also wipe LILO from the MBR and get Windows back by booting with a DOS
floppy that has fdisk on it and entering

fdisk /MBR

I don't know if you have to enter an option for drive C since you have more than
one HD.
