Correct.

This list (microcosm) is part of "the internet" (macrocosm). Nothing
more. Nothing less. And the moderator obviously did not have too big
a problem with my use of English or we would not be discussing this
rediculous, purile issue, would we?

As a matter of fact, I agreed to exactly nothing with regard to this
list, as I'm sure did you. The possibility of being censored from this
list is inherent in it's nature, however, and I am thus aware that
anyone or anything may be censored from it. If I end up censored here,
it is not the kind of list I'd like to participate in anyway, and I'd
rather find this out sooner than later.

I guess I'm just not smart enough to "know right from wrong" then.
But I'm glad that you are. It must be very comforting to you.

Furthermore, free speech does not fall under any supreme court rulling.
Supreme court rulings fall under it.

Your request has been noted. And I ask that you not request that I
speak as you see fit.

Best Regards,

-- Kyle
