A combination of fetchmail (for grabbing pop mail) and procmail (for
filtering/forwarding mail) is a viable option. Fetchmail is easy to
setup and use, but procmail may take a bit of learning to set your
rulesets up correctly.

It's a shame your company doesn't understand the damage they are doing.
