Not sure about all those fitting on a business card. Have you looked
at the Linux Bootable Business Card project (and related projects)? It
uses a loop-back cdrom driver to read a compressed ISO image, thus
allowing much more than simply 50Mb on a BBC. Might be useful if you
roll-your-own and are near the limits of the media.
