I think you misinterpreted my rambling or I just didn't make it clear (
the later is more likely). I want to be wrong. They did change the
License from when last I read it.

But my concern is this statement:

"...or distribute data carriers which have been reproduced without
authorisation for payment..." "...Distribution of the YaST programme,
its sources, whether amended or _unamended_..."

The key terms that concern me is distribute and unamended.
