I was going to purchase a MAC G4 Laptop until I heard that Steve Jobs
had decided to go with Intel. I have now changed my mind.
Sufficient to say, I am not happy. I quit using Intel products after
the serial number on the CPU scam Intel pulled years ago. So far, I've
been all AMD.
I'm stuck needing a laptop upon which to run Photoshop. I know this
requires Windblows and I could use the Gimp BUT I don't want to have to
learn yet how another set of developers think. I am getting to the
point in life where I just want a program that works, no configuration,
no compiling, no loading drivers or worse, hacking to get the bloody
thing working.
What experience has the group had with various AMD CPU laptops and which
brands would you individually or collectively recommend?
Any help is appreciated.
