You should try g4u. It's better suited for what you are doing.
Instead of doing all those confusing steps just "copydisk sd0 sd1"
Or you can send the image to an ftp
Image:
"uploaddisk your.ftp.server.com filename.gz sd0"
Deploy:
"slurpdisk your.ftp.server.com filename.gz"
