I did find it, and the cost of the lowest tier small business service is $114/mo

I get TV and the Bright House low tier SOHO service with a fixed IP for $120
after it is all said and done. I use Vonage for the fone service, between BH
and Vonage it has been much more reliable than the old VZN wireline service.

It appears that in order to obtain something near what I presently have I will
need to come up with about $160 - $170/mo. Also that is if you sign a 2 yr
contract... Cheeeee... Dinosaur phone company vampires.
